how do I replace the stud bolts

how do I replace the stud bolts on the dual hubs on the back of my 03 f350? there is not enough room to remove them behind the flange and the hub

pull the axle and remove the hub/rotor and start the heat and beat process

thats what we had to do at work on our 05 stake body.......
