will 16"s fix vs 17"s

I have a 04 F350 single rear that is sitting on 17"s. Will 16"s clear the brakes, I tried 8 lugs off a 2500HD but the pattern is different. By the way, what is the pattern size. Thanks.

If it is an 04 then 16's were the factory size. The bolt pattern is 8x170mm.
