New wheel/tire questions

I've decided to go with 20" wheels, but have a couple of questions. I like the deep lip look, but just don't think I can go with the 20x12s...I'm afraid they'll just be too wide for a leveled truck. I've found wheels that I like that are 20x9 and 20x10 with offsets from 0 to -24. How deep of a lip are you guys seeing on your wheels? Also, what is the actual mounted height of a 305/55R20? Not sure what to go with: 305/55, 295/60 or 35x12.5. Have you guys noticed any negative effects going with one size or the other? Right now I have the stock 275/65R20s. Right now they measure 33.25" on the truck with most of the tread left. One more thing: How much "spray" is made with the more aggressive fitments in the rain? This truck is my DD, but I don't want to create a road hazard for others while driving in the rain!
