2000 f250 hub bearing

Anyone know if you can use the abs hub bearings in place of the non abs hub bearings? Save 200 bucks? Mine are both worn out so before i go getting the expensive ones i figured i would ask. Only difference i saw was the wire, not sure if the spacing would change for the rotor and the caliper bracket. Wheels don't seem to change truck to truck so i figured all is the same and no differences are listed for hub locks.

I'm between trucks right now
