DRW vs SRW front rotor?

Looking to replace my front rotors soon. I would like to know what the difference is between the DRW front rotor and SRW front rotor is? They look exactly the same side by side. Only difference I see is ones 50$ and the other is 100$. My question is on an 05 F350 SRW can I use a DRW front rotor?

I would think you cannot due to the spacer used on the DRW front hub. Sub'd

The spacer is just bolted in place of the lug studs. Rotor is separate from the spacer.
