37x13.5x18, should I do any change anything?

Hey guys, I have a chance to buy basically brand new (2k miles) 37x13.5x18 tires for an amazing price. Obviously they wont fit on stock suspension but is there anything else that, if I was to get them, change on my truck? I've heard a lot of people saying you should change gears, thanks

you could decide on gears later I have that tire on my 6.0 as do many with the stock 3.73 I may do a gear swap some day but its over 2,000.00 $ so I have not and honestly
it does fine if I towed more I might have done it already

I agree 100% with Zmann, I'm running 38" tires and the truck doesn't care. If you have the diesel engine it will motor right on down the road.
