Need quick help! 20x12 / 35x12.5x20

Need some help ASAP as i have a deal pending on some wheels and I dont want to screw myself if they dont work!

I already have a set of 35x12.5x20 tires sitting here, I can get a very good deal on a brand new set of 20x12 wheels with a -44 offset.

Is that too much of a negative offset?

My truck is a 2005 F350 CCSB PSD with 3" leveling kit all the way around...

so i will be running 35x12.5x20 on 20x12 rims with a -44 offset on a 3" leveling kit, i know it will rub some and some inner liner trimming will be needed....

but will it work and A. Not totally rub so bad it cant be driven, or B. stick out 3 feet ???

Thanks guys, cant get a straight answer searching so thank you.

2003 PSD 6.0 ECSB
2005 F350 Harley Davidson PSD

Are you putting them on the 03 or the 05?

I have the same rims on my truck but I'm on 33" tires but at stock height.
