Are American Force wheels high maintenance?

To all you guys riding on AF wheels...I'm shopping wheels for a bit of a makeover. AFs are one of my front runners, but being they are polished aluminum, I am wondering how difficult they are to keep their luster vs. chrome/PVD?

I just bought Alcoa 22.5's, I have yet to polish them but I hear after a good initial polish they are not the worst thing to maintain as long as you stay on top of it.

Running Weld Dune 8's and once you get a good base polish, they are failry easy to keep up with. Just make sure you don't get any tire shine overspray on them...really dulls the finish.

Yes, they are. Unless you get the ones with the coating, you'll be polishing a lot to maintain the look.

I was afraid they would take a "bit more" to keep looking their best...and for what they cost...they should be kept up as such.
