Falken Wildpeak A/T's

Just bought these tires last week from Discount Tire. So far I love them. I had Nitto Terra Grapplers. IMO these seem to ride alot better than the Nittos. The price was right, $830.00 for the set after a price match. They are decent for very little bit of not off road but not road driving I've done either. 50k mile warranty. Now here is the question, Anyone had them for any length of time that can vouch for the tread wear?

My buddy runs them on both his cummins, he loves them. He does a lot of driving and they seem to be holding up pretty well. An other buddy has them on a 07 PSD, he just got them with in a month or so. Cant really say how long they will hold up. What size did you get, Im looking to put something else on my stock wheels and $830.00 isn't bad.

275 65 20. I'm getting a lot of compliments in them. The tread actually looks really good. I guess it's different because everyone I know runs terra grapplers

Traction is unbelievable for a A/T on wet or dry pavement. Having to get used to that feeling. In a curve it feels like they stick so well.....this weekend I am getting the chance to see the Mud side of the tire.....muahahahaha.

I use to sell the crap out of this tire. I had a lot of customers coming back for ride issues. also the tires were wearing out in 11-20K miles. But these were on everyday construction company trucks. Biggest issue I saw with this tire. Is if you look at the tread close. All the tire sipes and cut out's only go down half way in the tread. So when the tire gets half worn and from there on. It looks like a highway RIB tire. If you are looking for a A/T tire that won't hit the pockets like a niito/toyo/bfg. I am a huge fan of the Yokohama A/T-s and I like the Hankook ATM..

If they wear out that quick thats what the 50k mile warranty is for. Discount Tire is great about their warranties.
