Which wheels should I use?

I have a 05 excursion. I am going to be running a 35" tire Soon. I seen these wheels today mickey Thompson big rig wheels and kinda like them

Here's some pictures from google of them. I would run the 20" x 9" ( 295/65/20 Toyo at II just over 35" tall and 11.8" wide) It would cost me about $1,300 shipped for 4

I was planning on using these rims. They are a 17" x 9" KMC rims I got for $150. They jut need to be polished. What would you guys do if you were me?

Should I get the 20x9 with 4.5 back spacing
20x9 with 5.5 back spacing
Or the 20x12? I think the 20x12 would stick out pretty far?
