Need help deciding what size wheels for new tires!

I'm puchasing some new wheels and tires next week b/c my Duratracs are down to the last bit (only 68,000miles on them) and was going to try out the toyo AT II in the LT295/65/R20 and also get some Fuel wheels in the D260 two piece Mavericks I have attached. With this size tire, it says the wheel size should range from 8-10 on the website and wanted to know what would be the best fit with my lift and these tires. I know they are about a 1/2" narrower than the 12.50 but I'm ok with that and also like the taller look and rating.

What do you guys think would be best the 20x9 or the 20x10. I want the tires to stick out a little bit like my current set does but not have a balloon look with the tires. the store I'm getting them from says to stick with the 20x10's with my lift, but I know my current set up is 17x9, but dont know the offset of my current wheels.

thanks for any input.
