Question rotor cracking during installation

Has anybody ever had a problem with the front rotor cracking when it's torqued down? I've cracked 2 today. The manual I have gives torque specs of 130 ftlbs for the hub extender nuts but no sequence. I've tried 2 different patterns and the second time I tried to torque it graduating form 90 to 110 and then 130 ftlbs. When I got to the 5th nut in sequence the rotor cracked. Please help this is getting expensive.

Thanks for the quick reply. Is it possible the hub is warped? I don't see very well anymore but when I get a light and A magnifying glass I can see hair line cracks running in a circle around each of the hub extender bolts where they come through the hub. Ever seen anything like that.

WOW...I'd say maybe the wrong parts. I torque mine to 130ft just fine, no issues.
