oem 18in rims on an 01-04 superduty

trying to figure out if 18in oem rims will fit my superduty its an 02. i saw a set of 18in slotted rims from an 05-07 locally. i'm pretty sure bolt pattern would be correct. but not sure if offset and backspacing would be ok? also not sure about lug nuts. these are the pretty much what i'm looking at.

No. The backspacing changed in the 2005-newer trucks. You would need: A.) 18" wheels from 2004-older trucks (King Ranch or Harley Davidson editions) or B.) spacers on the 2005-newer wheels.

The first problem I see is that the bolt pattern for our trucks is 8x170mm not 8x6.5. Further, I believe that the F-450 and F-550 use an 8x200 bolt pattern.

My advice, buy from someone who has a clue about Fords.
