2000 4x4 superduty want to upgrade to 2010

What do I need to do to my 2000 superduty to upgrade the wheels and tires to a 2010 and newer? first is it possible, what type of offset will I need,
and will it fit.
I have stock 16's with a leveling kit on the front, that's it.

You will need a 2" spacer to run wheels from 2005-newer trucks.

2" hub centric spacer. Check out Fred Goeske. Really high quality I have them for my 20" summer wheels. IMO worth every penny.

2000 CCSB F350 7.3, Homemade BOF, Rebuilt trans w/ Trans Go Shift Kit and "HD" TC, In line trans filtration, Tru-Cool Max, Rotella 5W40, 4'' Exhaust, K&N intake (unfortunately), Ranch Hand Legend. 240k miles. Cooper M+S tires.
