Help with a wheel/tire question

I'm looking for some advice to finalize my purchase of new wheel/tires. I have a 2006 F350XL FX4 that I purchased from the company I work for. It's a fleet truck, and has the stock 18" steel wheels with 275/70-18 tires.
My intentions are to put a 2" leveling kit on it, and go with CPP ION 174
18x9 alloy wheels with Nitto 295/70-18's. According to Nitto, the tires measure 34.57" tall, and the tread width is 11.73".
My question is, the factory wheel offset is +20, and the new alloy wheels have a 0 offset. I could also go with +5 or -5 offset also. My goal is to get the largest tire, without it rubbing in the fender well, but more importantly I want to keep these tucked in the fender as much as possible. I know some people don't mind that look of the tires hanging out, no offense I just don't care for it.
If anyone has the similar setup, and could post pics and/or give advise, I sure would appreciate that.
Thanks much, Jim
