295/55/20 toyo mt vs 33x12.50/20 toyo mt

Ok going on a 10" wide wheel- would there be a big difference in these 2 sizes?

Going on 03 excursion stock at this point but gonna do a 3" front and rear lift

Thanks
Mike

Diameter of the 295/55 is 32.8"
Diameter of the 325/12.50 is 34.8

A 2" difference is a lot.
