20" Wheel option and speedometer

I just bought an '06 King Ranch 4x4 with 20" Ford optional wheels. Is there any way other than using the odometer and mile markers to see if the speedometer/odometer is correct? Standard for this model was an 18" wheel. Not sure what the standard tire size was.

Can Ford tell from the VIN how it was delivered?
