Caliper bracket bolts on 05 are TTY??

So I got the rotors turned and replacing pads all the way around, and was about to reinstall the "caliper anchor plate", AKA, caliper bracket, and while online, found one single post where someone says that those bolts are torque-to-yield. In other words, don't re-use them. So I call around to three different dealers and they assured me that they are not. They are re- usable. So which is it? Anyone know?

Here's the link claiming TTY

replacing front rotors and brake pads (for dummies!)

Thanks.

I've had them off a few times and always reused them. Just put some blue loctite on them and torque them to spec. They may be TTY but I highly doubt any mechanics actually replace those bolts.
