offset rubbing question

hello, I have a 06 f350 and looking to do a 4.5" lift i know 35s will clear easily, but will 35s on a -44 offset rim have a rubbing issue on the front bumper? the setup i am going for is
-4.5" rough country lift
-20x12 (-44 offset) (4.75 backspacing) fuel octane deep lip rims
-325x60r20 nitto terra grapplers

Thanks, Dave

I put a small spacer between the frame and my bumper, pushed it forward just enough to clear the 365s I was running.
