35x12r20 on 20x12 question

I have an 06 powerstoke and im going to put a 4.5" rough country lift in it and im looking into 20x12 fuel octane rims with -44 offset 4.75 backspacing ( i know i know... they will stick out past the fenders a lot i love that look) and 35x12r20 nitto terra grapplers do you think much rubbing?

What year truck? My dad 2010 grabs the fender flares with a 4" rough country lift but he is running 37/14.50/20 on 20x12 rock stars

the truck is an 2006, i could fit a bigger tire with less offset but i like the stance, so i was thinking smaller tire more offset with less rubbing?
