35s on a level question

i currently have 285/75 on my 02 250s stock rims. I've seen some 250s around that are running 35s on a level and i like the look of it. what should i look for on a new set of wheels as far as backspacing and offset? i really like the stock wheels but theyre too narrow to cut it. also, how much if at all will they rub with the right wheels?

I thought Karl would of answered this by now. He usually suggests a 10" wide wheel. gotta keep close to 4" of BAckspacing.
