Offset and backspacing

Hey guys, Im looking in to getting some new wheels. The truck is a stock lariat 2011 f250. im looking at 20x10 5"bs -12mm offset. Would they stick out too far and strain the suspension (stock), or would it be ok?

Thats a little further out then I personally would run. X2 if you tow heavy.

That being said, there are alot of guys on here running that bs/offset with a leveling kit.

I personally would stick with a 0 or +12 offset with a 10" wide wheel.
