brake problem

I have a 2005 F350 4x4 crew cab. my problem is at times after driving maybe 30 to 50 miles .as of now either the right front or the left rear brake seems to not be completely releasing, when I stop I can smell brake smell and the wheels are hot. either RF or LR wheel. has anyone had this problem and what could be the cause of the brake not completely releasing. the level of the brake fluid is at the min level. Thanks for your help.

Perhaps the brake line in the wheel well is collapsing under pressure.
