Mushy brakes 2000, F450

Started noticing my brakes are getting mushy when I first start up my truck in the morning. When checking to see which headlight bulb was out, my brakes were really mushy this morning. My question to you is: what is the usual problem with mushy brakes and is it as simple as bleeding all wheels and changing fluid?

Could be...might have moisture in the fluid

Thanks, I'll bleed the system and change fluid and see what the result is.
