Brake upgrade on 2013

I just lifted my truck and am now running 37 inch tires. I would like to upgrade the brakes now. I was thinking about starting off with steel braided brake lines. Has anyone else done this upgrade? If so did you notice any difference? If you did something other than this upgrade that was worth the money please let me know. Thank you.

No one has tried steel braided brake lines? Am I going to have to be a test subject?

Getting ready to do a brake fluid flush & change. Was thinking about doing that brake line upgrade too.

What r u expecting from the lines to 'feel'? The lines are usually done when you lift vehicles and need extended lines with more flexibility. They really just help maintain strength of a steel brake line (I.e. reduce swelling a standard brake hose my experience.) and add flexibility to have more options for running lines.
If you went from a standard brake line the braided stainless may help improve getting fluid to the brakes without the swelling of a standard line but I wouldn't think you would have much improved feel or braking with them. But they will look much nicer. Lol

I didn't feele a bit of change from stock lines to my braided stainless lines. I just have them as they are extended.
