Wheel questions

Hey everybody, I'm currently looking into getting a BDS 6" 4 link lift. With that lift, I was thinking about putting some 20" BMF Novakane's on it with toyo 37" open country's (MT or AT 2). My question it would I be better off getting the 20x9 or 20x10s and what back spacing or offset would I need. I don't know anything about this wheel and tire stuff, so any input would be appreciated.

Thanks in advanced, Pete.
