Both of those will work fine. The +1 will stick out almost 1" father then the +20. IMO the +20 9" wide wheel is perfect for 2.5" leveling kit. (that is what I am going with in the near future)

Vlxjim did an awesome set up on his truck and is running 20's +1 with 325x60's (35x12.5ish) on an ICON 2.5 s2. IMO I think his truck looks BA and is exactly what I'm going to do to mmine one I can decide between ICON and Carli. Here is his write up New ICON 2.5 & Wheels and Tires. If that doesnt get you there, search "dynapro ATM ICON" in the search engine up top...

Would you go with the +1 or the +20?? Also why put blocks in the rear with just a level kit?

IMO a little wider stance looks tough. I am considering +1 and -12, but it is all personal preference. Blocks depend on the kit and the truck. I believe with alot of the good 250 kits you need to upgrade blocks. 350's not so much except some kits do require 250 blocks for proper leveling. There are definitely alot more qualified people on here that can explain the methods to the individual kit madness, but alot will boil down to your individaul need/use of the truck and bank account.
