wheel bolt pattern question - Dodge vs. Ford

I have an 05 F350 Dually and and considering buying some 19.5 Vision wheels from a guy that had them on his 96 Ram 3500

He says this: The wheels are 8 x 6.5 Lug and 8 x 170mm hub centric.

He seems to think they'll fit but I'm of the opinion that I'd need to buy something like these for them to fit:

8x6.5 to 8x170 Wheel Adapter

who's right? him or me?

thanks

Jeff

sorry no one was able to answer my question but in any event I was able to determine the answer though some research - perhaps not sure of the knowledge level here regarding wheels...though I expect it's substantial - maybe just needed more time for the right eyeballs to see my post.

thanks!
