will 2x4 rims work on a 4x4??
We are making a service truck for our farm. Its a 03 f350 4 door 4x4. Came from the railroad so it has the narrow 19.5 wheels/tires. The box was shot, so I took it off. The donor vehicle I'm looking at is a 99 f-250 ex cab longbox 2x4 with a nice service body but no motor or tranny. The service body will fit. But i also need to find some different wheels/tires. The donor has 4 tires at 50% I'm assuming the rear should fit no problem, but wondering if the hole for the front hub will be large enough. They are the basic painted steel wheels. I cant find 4x4 wheels within about 300 miles of me, so i'm hoping 2x4 will work. Thanks in advance for any help.

The wheels should be the same since the rear in the truck is the same as any other 4wd trucks the front wheels will have to fit over the axle in the back so the tires can be rotated so I say they should work but I could be wrong.
