offset/ backspacing question

Ive got a 2013 250 on order right now and I'm having a Carli Suspension sytem put on. Not sure which one yet but probably the 2.5 pintop levelling system.
My question is about the backspacing on the wheels I like. They are 18x8.5 American outlaws with a 10 mm offset. Thats all the info I can get about them. What does that equate to for backspacing?
I'm hoping to get 37 toyo's mounted up also.

It looks like those wheels have just under 5.25" of backspacing.
