Ordering wheels need assistance please!

I currently have 18x10 wheels that came on my truck with 325 65r 18 tires. The wheel I'm looking at are either BMF S.O. T. A. 's or fuel krank' s bother these wheels only come in a 9" with. My currents wheels stick out a good couple inches and I'd like to keep that look(planning on flares) how to I keep that look switching from a 10" to 9" rim? Also most tires I like only come in a 35x12.50 not the 13.50 my toyos are.
