Will this fit?
I have an 05 with an 8 inch lift. Will 20x12 Fuel Hostage wheels with 38/13.50/20 fit? The tires are probably at about 30%.

no they will rub a little on a 05+ truck. If you go to a 10" wide wheel you'll be fine. If you want to run the 12" wheel you will need 10" or more of lift with that size tire.
