grinding and popping?!?!

When I go in reverse and press the breaks they grind and pop sounds so bad. Have not had a chance to get the wheel off and take a look yet just seeing if anyone can give so advice.

Thanks.

What's the truck??

Front or back? Left or Right?
What do they do going forward?

Probably best bet is to yank the wheels to see what's going on.
