BF Goodrich recall

I don't know if its been posted yet but just a heads up to anybody that has BFGoodrich Commercial T/A tires in a 235/85-16 or 245/75-16 there was a recall on certain DOT dates of these tires. I got the notice about my tires a couple weeks ago but just thought id pass along the information to yall.

The DOT dates are the last four numbers in the DOT sequence.
the dates for the 235/85-16 are 1310 to 2912
and for the 245/85-16 its from 1310 to 0312 and 1311 to 5211.

Stay Safe!

I won't run them on my truck again. I had two separate on my 04 of course when I was towing a trailer on the interstate. Told a buddy to get them off his truck but before he did he had a tread separate, took the right front fender off, A/C, and some other stuff. When I asked my tire dealer he said, "nope, no recalls on BFG's". There sure should have been on the ones that came on the 04 Super Duty's. Less than 30K on mine and less than 20K on my buddies at the time. I went with Bridgestone's after that.
