17 inch or 19inch wheels

I am going to go from 16 inch wheels to 17 inch,before I spend the money is there any reason to consider going with 19 inch wheels? My mind was set on 17s but figure maybe I should entertain 19s too.it would be for 04 dually.

cost and wear in both cases.....more expensive up front for the 19, but should see returns in the wear department. but dont forget the unsprung weight will rob horsepower and add wear to suspension and steering.
