Brake pedal goes all the way to the floor?

Hello all. My 2005 is havin a problem with it's brakes. I recently did studs and gaskets in cab and just started to notice the brakes today. You have to push the pedal completely down before she'll start slowing down. I don't see any leaks of any kind but I was hopin someone on here might have an idea of what could be causing this. After I pump the brake 2 or three times the pedal seems to be working like it used to and not travel all the way down. Anyhow, I appreciate all help and replies.

If you undid any brake lines in the job you need to bleed your brakes,

Nope, didn't touch any brake lines. I did however unhook and remove my vacuum pump.
