Is the lug pattern on a 2000 f350 the same as a 98 ram2500?

No. Dodge is 8x6.5. 99+ F250/350 is 8x170

i would check the backspacing, i believe the dodge was 6 ish on BS, if that is the case, it may be similar to running 05 up wheels and use a bolt on spacer ?????????????????
