BMF Center Cap Mounting Issue, please help!!!

Hi all, for some strange reason, I am not able to mount the center cap on my BMF Novokane on the PS rear, all other three wheels, no problem. If I push it in with wheel mounted then the tabs break off, if I take the wheel off, mount the center cap then mount the wheel, the cap comes off about 1-2 mm as I tighten the wheel. DS is fine. Called BMF, no idea, "never seen this". Good thing these are only $15 from BMF but still. Anyone else ever heard of or had this issue?

Well I found I had to put my caps on before I mounted the wheels on the back, also remember BMF's are lug centric so up until the last few mm's you wheel probably wont be centered, you have to center the rim by hand and push it on the lugs so the back of the rim is flush with the hub. If you just hang it on the lug bolts and tighten the nuts it will push the cap off. Hope that makes sense.
