King ranch rim questions help ASAP

I have a 2003 ford f 250 king ranch with the 16 inch rims 6.0 and I bought the 2004 king ranch 18 inch rims they made will these go on without a problem . I've read the offset changed in 2005 do making sure these 2004 rims will go
On without needing spacers thanks... Any advice is welcomed

2004 should be fine, it was the coil over front end that got wider, thus having deeper offset. even the 05 up wheels can be used pre 05 , but they need at least a 1.5" spacer

Your new wheels should have their offset stamped into the back of them. My system doesn't have specs for a 2004 F250 with 18" wheels so I can't tell you if they'll fit. If they are off a 2005 their offset(+45mm) will be too high to run on your 2003 without wheel spacers. Discount Tire doesn't recommended the use of wheel spacers.
