2003 Lug Stud Thread Pitch

I did a search but didn't see an answer to my specific question, and I am feeling to lazy to go and pull a tire off to measure. Is it split with the engines when they changed thread pitch on the lug studs?

For clarification:
2003 Trucks/Excursion with a 7.3 PSD have 14x2.0
2003 Trucks/Excursion with a 6.0 PSD have 14x1.5
