exhaust brake (jake brake)

I am wanting to buy a used f-350 deisel. One of the main things that i would like factory installed is an exhaust brake. What years would possibly have this installed from the fatory.

Wink Through my own research

Through my own research for a new (or new to me truck) I exhausted my options between 7.3, 6.0, 6.4, and the new 6.7. After learning about this feature on the 6.7, it had me sold.

Just to clarify something. A jake brake and an exhaust brake are two very different things. Yes they both affect the "exhaust" but a jake brake actually manipulates the valve train whereas an exhaust brake obstructs/redirects the exhaust flow creating back perssure to slow the vehicle down

Thank you. It's amazing how they get mixed up.
That being said, I want a true jake on mine

I made my Samsung SGH-I997 send this.
