2005 Harley 7inch Icon Lift KMC 37's

So Ive had my lift and wheels about 4 months now. I have not had time (prob more like money) to put anything else on the truck. I still need to paint my 08+ camera/step tailgate but eventually I planning on some AMP steps, Exhaust, Train Horns and maybe Fender Flares.

I thought Id share some pics with you guys, let me know what you all think...

Before...

After...

Truck looks awesome. What size wheels and tires did you go with?

I like the chrome lettering on the bedsides and tailgate, I thought about doing the same thing with mine a few years ago, but didn't want to do away with the silver stripes. I may just do the tailgate lettering though.

Thanks man! The wheels are 22x14 Kmc Armor 799 with 37x13.50x22 Toyo M/t. At first I wanted the tailgate lettering off but for some reason I think it looks different with the lift. When I finally paint the newer tailgate those letters will be off permanently. I still don’t know how I feel about the bed lettering though, I would prefer the 2005 OE Harley lettering. I’ve been looking for a place with those decals but I haven’t had any luck.

Well hell, when you pull the letters off, send 'em my way. I gave mine to my brother, but somehow his son ended up with them.

Did you get the new leafs or use the block on your lift? I used the block and my *** end sits lower on my icon 7 inch and it looks stupid as hell. Yours seems pretty level

That thing looks great! Love the rims/lift. I was also curious about the chrome Harley Davidson lettering on the side, I never even thought about the tailgait, it looks good.

Looks great. You have the same exact set-up I was running before I purchased the Hostages. I like the x14's, but stuck out a little to much.

Man I know exactly how you feel, I wish I would have known that before the install. I am trying to decide between the add a leafs or getting a fabricated block I’ve seen on here from one of the vendors.

Yes, I saw your truck with those rims. I decided on getting them after seeing your truck and Extreme's 01 truck. And its true, they do stick out but I still think they look... .

And I haven’t been on here lately, can you post some updated pics of the hostage rims...?

I posted a few in the 6.4 General and 6.4 Exterior sections under 6.4 photos and 6.4 lifted photos.

For the rear what I did was order a set of 7" blocks which have the tabs for the u-bolts to pass through from Trevor. I don't tow more than a 20' utility trailer with 2 Side by Sides. If I decide to add a programmer I'll get traction blocks/bars, but for the time these blocks work.
