BFG A/T vs. GY Duratracs on a Dually
2006 DRW 4x4 long bed. I've narrowed it down to these 2. Stock size. I've had good experience with the BFG's on my half ton. Got 70k out of the first set on the F150! Anyway, I tow a 30 ft race trailer during the racing season and drive the truck year round. So I need a tire that works well with a load as well as something that works in the Chicago winters. Road noise isn't a huge concern nor is the ride quality. Just want decent mileage (50-60k) as well as good all around traction. Thx

In my experiance, the Duratrac is better in the snow than the BFG. I only have 31K on mine (2011 F350 CC), so I can't address long term mileage.

I think you'll be hard pressed to get 50K miles out of the DuraTrac's but they are awesome tires in the snow.
