I like the ones you have. However, I can understand the desire you have. Are you looking for something specific...i.e. all black, black and machined like you have, chrome, ect.?

anything really... the ones on the truck dont stick out far at all and i feel like im gonna flip it everytime i drive it... so im gonna get some ones with a different offset/backspacing so that i wont flip the truck.. i like the rims on there but since i need a different wheel i figured id atleast get a different set of wheels and sell these since theyre 1 month old

You are going to want 16x10's with a 4.5" back space. The rims on my old tan truck were just polished aluminum wheels that I got on Craigslist and then had them powder coated. They looked good and I ran them on my white ford also.

Will 16x10s with 4.5" back spacing work with the tires I've got? And will I not feel like the trucks gonna flip when I turn a corner? Lol

i like the Mickey Thompson "Sidebiter"

There are a handful of black wheels that will fit.
