Goodyear Duratracs will these fit?

Ive been doing alot of research on this but so much info is conflicting. I was looking at 295/65R18 Duratracs and im wondering if anyone has ran them on a stock suspension truck (my truck is an 05, coil spring truck). Did they rub or was it minor? From what Ive read i dont think they will rub at all but id like to have an idea of what im getting into. I do have a partial leveling kit but Im really leaning towards not installing it, I already have one money pit and im trying to keep this truck as problem free as possible.

Oh ya you're just fine. My 96 is missing a front leaf, courtesy of the PO and it clears 285-75 no problem. They're pretty close in size. I have issues sometimes at full steering lock if i'm offroad and really torque the TTB around, but I like to refer to my truck as "slammed"
