HELP!!!!

Ok I am looking to put military tires on my truck. I have 2 options. #1 16.5" rims and 37" military tires. or (if they will fit on rims and under my truck) I have 20" rims on my truck now so to save some money on rims I though I would throw on a set of 395/85-r20's If for one they will fit on my rims and two if they will fit under my 2002 f350 with 6" of lift. I am going with military tires because they are cheap and I am broke and have almost zero tread left. ALSO if anyone has 16.5" rims that are good and fit my truck I would like a price. Thanks everyone for the help in advance.

Not gonna clear 46's with a 6" lift. So you pretty much have to go with the 16.5/37" option.
