how to make it fit?

I have a 2004 F350 and I'm looking to try to fit 38" by 15" wide tires. I already plan on doing a suspension conversion that would remove the leaf springs for coil springs. That would level the truck and I'm looking to put an extra 2" of lift and putting some wheelspacers/wheeladapters approx 1.5" to 2". I want to squeeze big tires in there without a lot of lift. What suggestions do you guys have to make that happen and with some custom fab is it possible?
