The only experience I've had is both are loud.

I have TOYO 37x13.50-17's now and they are great. Not sure on how they wear, only had a couple weeks. They ride alot better than BFG's or the HUMVEE tires I just took off.

I LOVE my Toyo's. They are much quieter than I expected and ride good. They do not throw rocks (very important) and they handle good in the rain. They do not have quite as much cornering traction as some of the softer tires, but hopefully they will last much longer. No experience with Mickey T's, but I highly recommend the Toyo MT's.
