Sorry but another ABS?

2002 f250 4X4. Had a blow out tore out my abs sensor and wire comming from under the hood. I have replaced the sensor and got a wire from the junk yard and installed it, but the light is still on. Any ideas?

3rd brake light? Mine was out and replacing it turned the light off

Well I tryed to unplug both batt. and nothing. Then I gave up and just started driveing the truck and after the first stop the light went off. So dont really know what I did. LOL
