TIRE SIZE, LIFT SIZE, WHEEL SIZE, FOR SNOW

Looking for suggestions on doing a small lift. I do a ton of miles so not sure i want a lift above 4". I want to put a skinny tall tire on due to the amount of snow driving i do. Anyone have a recommendation on leveling kits, wheel size (18 or 20 at what width) and tire size to have a tall skinny look that cuts thru snow? I would also consider doing a 33" tire. just seeing what it takes to fit under the truck without going to high. what tires for snow? THanks for your input
